Campus Cargo LLC uses SMS (text message) communications for two distinct purposes, each requiring separate opt-in consent:
Service & Transactional Messages
Non-marketing messages sent in connection with your service request. These include: quote confirmations, appointment scheduling confirmations, move-day reminders, crew on-the-way notifications, service completion follow-ups, and any other communications directly related to the moving, cleaning, or storage service you have requested. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.
Marketing & Promotional Messages
Promotional messages sent to customers who have separately opted in to receive them. These may include: seasonal discounts, move-in/move-out specials, referral program announcements, new service offerings, and limited-time offers. Frequency may vary. These messages are sent only to customers who have explicitly consented to receive marketing communications.
Consent to receive either category of SMS message is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any service from Campus Cargo LLC.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of Campus Cargo LLC SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
Reply STOP
Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out has been processed. No further messages will be sent.
Reply CANCEL or QUIT
Replying CANCEL, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REMOVE to any message will also process your opt-out request.
Contact Us Directly
Call or text us at (513) 458-9267 to request removal from our SMS list. We will process your request within one business day.
After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages from Campus Cargo LLC unless you re-enroll by providing new consent. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect service-related messages tied to an active booking, and vice versa, as each category requires separate opt-out.

Message & Data Rate Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates are charged by your mobile carrier for text messages sent and received.
Campus Cargo LLC does not charge any fee for SMS messages. However, your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates for each text message sent or received, depending on your wireless plan. These charges are your responsibility.
Message frequency varies. For service-related messages, frequency depends on your booking schedule and may include pre-move reminders, day-of notifications, and follow-up messages. For marketing messages, frequency is typically low and will not exceed a reasonable number of messages per month.
If you are unsure about your carrier's messaging rates, please contact your mobile carrier directly before opting in.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Campus Cargo LLC does not guarantee that SMS messages will be delivered in a timely manner or at all, as delivery is subject to network availability, carrier routing, and other factors outside our control.
Campus Cargo LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or intercepted SMS messages. If you do not receive an expected message, please contact us directly at (513) 458-9267.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Campus Cargo LLC, you acknowledge and accept that neither Campus Cargo LLC nor any wireless carrier guarantees the delivery, timeliness, or security of SMS communications.
Age Restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, submit a quote request, or opt in to receive SMS messages from Campus Cargo LLC.
By submitting a quote request or opting in to SMS communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may not use our website or services without the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
